Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature and immediate computational costs of AI generation, we offer a 14-day refund policy for unused credits only. If you have consumed any credits (even one), the pack is no longer eligible for a refund. You may be eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

• You purchased credits by mistake and have not used any of them (request within 14 days of purchase).
• A technical failure on our side prevented you from receiving the generated content you paid for.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Used credits, promotional/free credits, and completed SEO generations are strictly non-refundable. Each "Generate" or "Smart Refresh" action consumes credits — once a credit is consumed, the service for that credit is considered fully rendered.

3. How to Request

To request a refund, please contact us at support@craftrank.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We process eligible refunds back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
